Ever since The Falcon and the Winter Soldier ended, we’ve been missing Anthony Mackie and Sebastian Stan’s interactions as the new Captain America and the Winter Soldier.
But, you can see one of your favorite heroes hosting a non-Marvel event soon!
ABC News has shared that Anthony Mackie will be hosting the ESPYS this year from The Rooftop at Pier 17 at the Seaport! The show will premiere live on ABC on July 10th for the first time in New York since 1999 to honor “the year’s top athletes and sports moments.”
Previously, the ESPYS were held in Los Angeles for 18 years and last year’s was virtual due to the pandemic, although the first seven versions were in New York. The ESPYS will follow return-to-work guidelines and health and safety measures put in place by the city, state, and CDC.
