Universal Orlando Surveys Guests About Safety, Travel Changes, and Disney World

In the midst of a global health crisis, gauging guest feedback is an important resource for theme parks like Disney World and Universal Studios, as they seek to maximize safety protocols and ensure the comfort of their visitors.

Universal Orlando

One of the easiest ways they’re able to do this is via digital surveys right on your phone. Following our visit to Universal today, we received a brief survey asking if/how our trip to the resort had been impacted by the pandemic.

Circumstances across the U.S. have seen a lot of changes lately in regard to the pandemic, and tourist destinations are still working to prioritize the health and safety of their guests.

Through surveys, Universal is able to collect and analyze guest feedback. With its latest batch of questions, they’re looking to learn about guests’ travel plans and which, if any, factors influenced their trips.

One question seemed pretty general about COVID-19, asking in which ways our plans have been impacted by the pandemic.

Then things get specific with a question about how the pandemic impacted our current trip to Universal…

Then they threw Disney World into the mix! This question sought to determine if Universal guests also planned to visit Orlando’s other major theme park.

This question addressed the availability of reservations at Disney World (we’ve been seeing Park Passes fill up very frequently!).

The survey delves deeper, asking about what kinds of research we did before visiting the park.

It wrapped up with this question about Universal Orlando’s safety measures and if they had any impact on the decision to attend the parks.
