A variety of nominations were received by Disney films, but one nomination caught our eye as being especially notable. One was given posthumously to Chadwick Boseman.

Chadwick Boseman, the actor well-known for playing Black Panther in the Marvel Cinematic Universe, has been posthumously nominated for the Academy Award for Best Actor for his performance in Ma Rainey’s Black Bottom.
