NEWS: Amazon CEO Jeff Bezos Announces He Will Be Stepping Down

Amazon has TONS of Disney items, including games, backpacks, and costumes! Plus, from time to time you can score extra savings on these Disney keepsakes! So, you might imagine that we keep up with the Amazon news, and today, there was a big update from the top of the company.

According to Insider, Amazon CEO, Jeff Bezos, will step down in the third quarter and, in a similar fashion as Bob Iger, will transition to an executive chairman role. In his new role, he will focus on “new products and early initiatives.”

Bezos will be replaced by Andy Jassy, who currently serves as CEO of Amazon Web Services. Jassy has been with the company since Amazon went public in 1997 and has contributed to building Amazon’s cloud computing business, which generates over $40 billion annually.
