With the CDC’s no-sail order in place through October 31st, a return to sailing has remained up in the air for major cruise companies.
Now, Carnival Cruise Line has a set date for a return to sailing — becoming one of the first major cruise companies to embark since the suspensions earlier this year.
According to Cruise Week, Carnival Cruise Line’s return to sailing hinged on a new environmental order. Now, the order has been filed and Carnival Cruise Line is set to resume U.S. sailings on December 1st.
Disney Cruise Line has not indicated a potential date for a return to sailing. Right now, all sailings are suspended through at least mid-December.
