Following the success of the Harry Potter Warner Bros Studio Tour in London, the attraction is going global!
The next location to receive an “experiential entertainment” Studio Tour will be Nerima, Tokyo!
Blooloop has shared the news that the newest Harry Potter Warner Bros Studio Tour will be built in Tokyo, Japan.
Fans will have to wait a little bit, however, as the exhibit is slated to open in the first half of 2023. The exhibit will be located on the site of Toshimaen amusement park, which will close in August.
Despite the opening of the tour being more than two years out, development has social distancing in mind, and tickets will be sold in a way that guarantees an optimal amount of visitors will be in one room at any given time.
The studio tour includes original costumes and props from the Harry Potter films, and it all takes place on movie sets built by the film’s designers. The tour is estimated to take approximately a half day to complete.
