Disney Parks Will Be Releasing Special Pins to Celebrate International Women's Day!

March 8th is International Women’s Day, celebrating women’s achievements throughout history!

In honor of the special day, Disney and Her Universe will be releasing a set of pins to celebrate, with each one featuring a strong female character from a franchise that takes place in a galaxy far, far away.

In total, there will be four sets of pins in the collection, and we got a peek at two that will be featured! This limited-release pin features Queen Amidala, with the word “Leader” prominently featured.

Of course, you can’t celebrate the women of Star Wars without featuring Princess Leia. This pin features the General along with the word “Trailblazer. Each of the pins in this collection come in a two-pack, so you can keep one and give the other to a friend or family member.

These pins will be available starting on March 8th, International Women’s Day. We’ll let you know as we learn more information on where you can find this special release!
