Earlier today we told you about the trailer for Disney’s upcoming live-action version of Mulan. We’re back now with the release of another trailer — this time for Maleficent: Mistress of Evil.
This film will take you back into the world of Aurora and Maleficent years after the spinning wheel’s curse.
The trailer begins with Aurora accepting a marriage proposal that will join together two kingdoms while granting her the title of Queen. When presenting Maleficent with the news, she is turned down, which causes a rift in their mother-daughter relationship. Soon, new alliances are formed and Maleficent and Aurora must overlook their conflicting views to protect each other, their home, and their loved ones.
The film is set to debut on October 18, 2019. Returning cast includes Angelina Jolie as Maleficent and Elle Fanning as Aurora.
