The arrival of Jaleo is getting closer! Now, the Disney Springs location of Chef José Andrés’ restaurant has posted the menu online, and we’re sharing the full details here at AllEars.Net!

The menu is quite extensive and includes Starters, Soups, Salads, Sandwiches, Small and Large Plates, Paella and Rice… and so much more!

This location will be the first Florida venue for Jaleo, and as with every other location, it will play homage to the spirit and flavors of Spain. Authentic Spanish signature tapas, savory paella, superb sangria and a wide selection of the fines Spanish cheeses, wines and sherries are featured on the menu. Plates are designed to be shared.

The first floor of the multi-level restaurant will feature a “grab-n-go” storefront with Spanish-style sandwiches. Designed by noted Spanish designer Julie Capella, the multi-level space will feature vibrant, theatrical decor representing the colorful culture of Spain.

In addition to opening this location, Chef José Andrés, has been honored with a nomination for the 2019 Nobel Peace Prize for his work with disaster relief through his nonprofit organization World Central Kitchen. In 2018 Andrés also released his book We Fed an Island, which retells his relief efforts in Puerto Rico. Andrés was named Humanitarian of the Year by the James Beard Foundation this year.
