Disney Pic of the Week - Storefronts

Focus on Disney World by Barrie Brewer

If you were to say to me “Let’s go shopping!” you’d likely get an answer something like, “Um, gee, sorry, I’d rather clean my gutters.” That is of course, unless we were at Walt Disney World – especially if I had my camera with me. I may not be big on shopping but I love all the creative details that make all of the shops unique. Even before you enter the store, the Disney Imagineers have already begun to create the story with the design of the storefront, and that is the topic of this week’s Pic of the Week – Storefronts.

Here’s a picture of The Darkroom from Disney’s Hollywood Studios. It is definitely not “straight out of the camera”. I decided to get creative with the processing on this one. After experimenting with the exposure and applying some various filters, this is where I landed.
