Rivers of America and Disneyland Railroad Reopen at Disneyland

Posted on
Because of the construction of Star Wars: Galaxy's Edge, which required changes to the northern perimeter of Disneyland, the Rivers of America attractions, including the Disneyland Railroad, were closed for more than a year and a half. Pirates Lair on Tom Sawyer Island and Fantasmic! opened earlier this month, but it wasn't until the end of July that the watercraft and the trains returned. While the official opening was on Saturday, July 29, Laura Gilbreath attended an opening ceremony for the return of the Disneyland Classics on the morning of July 28. The ceremony was held on the riverboat dock. The Mark Twain was festively decorated for the occasion.

Whether they are cast members or guests, seeing people interact with another person or thing is … Continue reading "Adding People to Your Walt Disney World Photographs"

Dining Review: River Belle Terrace

Earlier this year the River Belle Terrace restaurant in Frontierland was converted from a counter service restaurant to a table service restaurant. As a counter service restaurant breakfast service was offered in addition to a lunch/dinner menu, while the table service restaurant is only open for lunch and dinner. Recently we had the opportunity to try dinner at River Belle Terrace.
