Was able to make changes se real times before we arrived and while we were in the parks night before and the same day. One day at Epcot it rained heavy test track was closed disney cancelled my fast pass plus time gave me options to choose something else sent an email to me as it happen. I was able to go back to Epcot another day and scheduled fast pass online. Great new addition to disney magic.

Used them 8/28 - 9/5. Since I am a planner, I love this choice! No more running at opening to try and get fastpasses for Soaring or Toy Story Mania. Had no issues getting into the parks or using the fastpasses. A couple of rides went down during our scheduled time, but you could just come back once it was open without have to reschedule. Used the mobile app to reschedule ones that were not needed, such as the Little Mermaid it was a walk on at 9am. Love this! Usually do not get the park hopper option, to save a few $$ so using it in more than one park was not a explored.

Pros:

everything!

Set up all days before we left. Easy to use, but kind of locks you into one park for most of the day. Other than that, worked out great for us.

Pros:

Easy to do from home

Cons:

None as of yet

When I bought this I thought I was buying a prepaid Photopass disc & the ability to put my ride photos on it. I found out when I got to the parks though that it had another great perk! Many of the places we dined at took your picture and then someone came to sell you the package. With the Photopass+ you get those free! At $30 each for those packages the photopass+ paid for itself by the end of our trip! I also noticed that when you showed the photographers that card many of them took extra pictures because they knew you would use them. We were even able to add other photopass cards onto our account - like when my daughter did the Jedi Training Academy. My only caution is that the necklace they give you comes apart easily after a few days so make sure to get a picture of the back of your card just in case.

Pros:

Prepaid

Cons:

Necklace falls apart easily

Love the Fastpass system - I didn’t know much about it until a couple of weeks before we went, but still managed to get some decent fast passes ahead of time. I watch fast pass YouTube tutorials and read blogs etc and literllay became an expert before we went, there were two of us both adults visiting st a very busy time (around Presidents’ Day) - I loved the app (although it crashes quite a lot) and through perseverance managed to get all the fast passes I wanted. On the day we visited Magic Kingdom we managed an amazing 15 FastPass sea including Seven Dwarves and Peter Pan. We got 3 for Slinky and 2 Toy Story Mania on the same day, best of all we did flights of passage twice and could have had a third fast pass - the line was a crazy 225 minutes! Basically you need to read the blogs and hacks etc and as soon as you’ve swiped in on your third fast pass of the day get in the app and start refreshing! I generally managed to book the next fastpass for literally when we got off the ride we were in line for. The only gas pass I didn’t see come up more than once in a day was Frozen in Epcot but we still managed to do it once. The only downside which is why I knock a point off is if you aren’t mobile / cell phone / app savvy you are st a disadvantage.

Pros:

Walked straight on to 15 rides in a day in MK using FP+

Cons:

Need to be attached to your phone constantly refreshing for new FPs

Fast pass+ was a well thought out plan for helping guests avoid excessively long lines to enjoy attractions. Every time we go to WDW we take advantage of the fast pass+ system. The only thing I don’t like is the tier system.

Pros:

Helps avoid lines and enjoy more attractions.

Cons:

Tier system doesn’t allow booking 3 of the desired attractions on the same day.

So many reviews I’ve read have been hard on FastPass. I’m here to tell you that if you put in some planning, FastPass can allow you to experience SO MANY ATTRACTIONS. The beauty of it you need to know is to make sure you use the My Disney Experience App and be sure to schedule your first three FPs early each day. Then you can book another FP - one at a time. A lot of rides, especially in MK are short and sweet and are easy to get FPs for. You can avoid a 20 minute line here, a 30 minute line there. It may not seem like much but it can 100% help you enjoy multiple experiences and have more time to enjoy the rest of the park! Go in smart and plan ahead. Make it work for you!

Pros:

Getting multiple experiences in one day

Cons:

Getting the big attractions needs to be done FAR in advance so pay attention to when you can start making FPs before your vacation starts!

I love the FastPass+ system! It's easy, convenient and literally right there at your fingertips when you use the app. I also love that once you've used up your 3 advance FastPass+, you can make more!

Pros:

Getting onto high wait rides quickly and easily

Cons:

Making your ride decisions 1-3 months in advance

Fastpass+ can make a Disney World vacation more enjoyable given some thoughtful planning and flexibility. During busy seasons, FP+ allows guests to ensure they won't have to miss their favorite rides due to long wait times. It also can help guests plan their visits, offering a set of landmarks around which to revolve all other activities. At its best, FP+ creates a sense of ease and playful anticipation. If Fastpass+ is an option for you, it's crazy not to take advantage of it!

Pros:

Skip long lines. Hit all the attractions you want. Grab more on the fly. Reduce stress. Plan ahead.

Cons:

Too restrictive for some. Challenge to find times guests need during busy seasons.

I like FP+. I like knowing that I have 3 attractions booked to ride ahead of time, like 7 Dwarfs Mine Train, Space Mountain, and Peter Pan at MK. I like being able to plan those ride times. It has allowed me to sleep in on park days without the mad dash to rope drop. I have always been able to get everything I want to get in regardless of the late start. That being said, I don't like having to wait to book the 4th FP+. Even if I have my first 3 FP+ done by lunch time, there's rarely anything good left and there aren't enough kiosks around the parks. This means standing in long lines to get a 4th FP+ to It's a Small World or It's Tough to be a Bug. These are 2 attractions that never have a wait anyway...

Pros:

Guarantee of Specific Attractions

Cons:

Wait to Book 4TH
