Due to a chemical threat in Garden Grove, certain areas of California are under evacuation orders, and about 50,000 people have had to leave Orange County.

Disneyland, while not under any evacuation orders, is near the expanding area and released a statement about the chemical situation.
Under frequently asked questions, Disneyland said, “At this time, there is no impact to Disneyland Resort due to this situation, and the resort remains open to guests. We are actively monitoring the situation and taking guidance from local authorities.”

“Disneyland is approximately five miles from the incident and is not in the identified evacuation zone. Updated information can be found by following the Orange County Fire Authority on social media.”

If you’re currently planning a trip to Disneyland, you should stay up to date with all the news surrounding the incident to make the most informed decision for you and your family. Even without evacuation orders, the surrounding areas might be busier with more traffic, so you should be aware of travel times as well.
Authorities are actively trying to stop the overheated, pressured, and bulging tank filled with toxic chemicals from exploding in Orange County.

UPDATE AT 12:30 PM EST
According to the Orange County Register, crews have confirmed that the crack inside the malfunctioning chemical tank at the Garden Grove aerospace plant is reducing the pressure inside the container and leading to fire. Officials have said they turned a corner in heading off the most catastrophic threat — a massive explosion.
Evacuation zones are still in play, but the risk of the explosion is going down.

I would avoid going to Disneyland even if they claim it is safe. Who knows if the chemicals are vaporizing they could travel in the air easily and affect you and your family’s health. Not worth the risk to me.
