Disney is planning a brand-new Storyliving by Disney community! Storyliving by Disney is a brand of residential communities designed by Disney Imagineers that offer some exclusive, Disney-themed amenities and community events to residents.
Cotino, the first Storyliving by Disney community, is located in Rancho Mirage, California. Now, there will be a new Storyliving by Disney community in North Carolina, and we have new details!
Asteria, the newest Storyliving by Disney community, will be located in Chatham Park, North Carolina. It’s inspired by iconic Disney films, including Peter Pan, Beauty and the Beast, Alice in Wonderland, Bambi, and more. The neighborhood will have a massive community center, which we just got a sneak peek of!
Asteria’s community center will be called the Second Star Club. At the center of the club will be Aster Green, an expansive gathering lawn made for soccer, family picnics, and Disney movie nights. At The Studios, residents can access high-tech tools, including laser engravers and fabric printers. Members can meet up for outdoor yoga, swim laps, and use state-of-the-art workout equipment at the Wellness Center.
Residents can cheer on their favorite sports teams at Marquet Hall with indoor and outdoor seating, ping-pong, and casual meals. The event pavilion Piedmont Proper will be a beautiful backdrop for club events, member celebrations, and more. Second Star Club will also feature an adult-only pool, a family-friendly pool, and a playground, along with tennis and pickleball courts.
There will also be a Peter Pan-inspired five-bedroom home where every room will whisk you off to Never Land. Lost Key Cottage will be available for members to rent and host family gatherings, celebrate milestones, and even spend the night for a one-of-a-kind escape.
