BREAKING: Disney Reveals Opening Timeline for World of Frozen Addition, and It’s Sooner Than You Think

Disney’s NEW World of Frozen Land has been taking shape over at Disneyland Paris Resort, and we just got more details about the opening timeline!

World of Frozen, in what is currently Walt Disney Studios Park (and will eventually be renamed Disney Adventure World), will be opening in spring 2026!

Previously, we knew this area was expected to open in 2026, but now we know it will be in spring 2026. While it is still not a precise date, we are slowly narrowing in on the exact date that this new land will open. We have gotten sneak peeks at this new area, and we know it will be similar to its counterparts in Hong Kong and Tokyo. You will be journeying into Arendelle, and the land will feature a version of Frozen Ever After as well.

The North Mountain, the town of Arendelle, Elsa’s ice castle, and Anna’s castle will all welcome you to the new adventures you’re sure to have in this new land. Based on what we know about the World of Frozen at Hong Kong Disneyland, you’ll likely be able to enjoy delicious food, fun rides, and a new show.

During the panel, Disney also announced that they have completed construction on Elsa’s Ice Palace in the land. It was built from 30 different pieces, and it looks stunning!

The opening of the World of Frozen will also mark the transformation of Walt Disney Studios Park into Disney Adventure World. Disney Adventure World will also feature other major additions, including a Lion King land and additions to the existing Avengers Campus.
