Read THIS if You Want the BEST Seats at the 2024 D23 Expo This Summer

Disney’s biggest fan event is coming up later this summer, and we’ve already told you a little bit about what to expect from it this year, including the NEW ticket system and updated schedule.

D23 2024: The Ultimate Disney Fan Event

D23 2024: The Ultimate Disney Fan Event is going to be THE place to be to learn all about new Disney offerings, including new things coming to the parks, new movies, new Disney+ shows, and more. The biggest presentations will be held at the Honda Center in Anaheim, California, which is why we’re telling you what you need to do to get good seats when tickets go on sale.

We previously outlined the ticket-buying process for you, which will include choosing seats at the Honda Center stadium. So, let’s take a look at the seating map. If you want to land great seats there, you’ll want to be somewhere front and center on one of the four levels. We expect seats in sections 101–106 to sell out quickly, along with seats in sections 202, 201, and 228.

If you want a better chance at nabbing those good seats, you may need to be a D23 Gold member. Why? Well, a limited number of tickets go on sale EARLY for that particular group. If you’re not a D23 Gold member but really want good seats, you may want to go ahead and sign up for a Gold membership now on the D23 website. The cost is $99.99 per year for a single membership and $129.99 for two memberships.

Gold membership also comes with other perks, including access to Gold Member events, early access to events (like tickets for The Ultimate Disney Fan Event), discounts, access to exclusive merchandise, a collector’s set, a subscription to Disney Twenty-Three publication, and more.

But like we said, more importantly, you get a shot at buying 1 or 3-Day tickets to The Ultimate Disney Fan Event before everyone else on March 26th at 12PM PT. Plus, you get a second chance at tickets (along with General D23 members) on March 28th, at 12PM.

Ticket breakdown

Not only will these events likely sell out in a short period of time, but the best seats at Honda Center will likely go quickly, too. Paying for a D23 Gold membership will presumably give you a better shot at securing good seats.

Ticket prices for The Ultimate Disney Fan Event that include access to Honda Center events are as follows:

D23 Ultimate Fan Pass 3-Day Ticket — includes 3-day assigned seat for evening shows at the Honda Center and 3-day access to the Anaheim Convention Center starting at $297 per ticket.
D23 Ultimate Fan Pass 1-Day Ticket — includes a reserved seat at the Honda Center on date of choice and access to the Anaheim Convention Center experiences on the same date starting at $99 per ticket.
D23 Preferred Ultimate Fan Pass 3-Day Ticket (exclusive to D23 Gold members) — includes 3-day floor seats for evening shows at the Honda Center and access to the Anaheim Convention Center on all three days starting at $999 per ticket
