Major changes are coming to Disneyland this year — the Pixar Place Hotel is being transformed, Disney California Adventure is working on adding San Fransokyo Square to the park, and Splash Mountain just closed to make way for Tiana’s Bayou Adventure!
It’s a lot to keep track of — and Disney just announced that more changes are on the way, including to a fan-favorite nighttime spectacular and we’ve got all the details.
Beginning on June 2nd, a new water short will be shown before “World of Color — One” at Disney California Adventure! “Elemental Connection” is a new water short that celebrates the story and characters from Disney and Pixar’s latest film, Elemental.Â
Disney shared that “Brilliant projections dance across vast water screens in this two-minute pre-show, bringing the land, air, water and fire residents of Element City to life.” We can expect “whimsical fountains and powerful music” in Paradise Bay throughout the new show as well!
“Elemental Connection” will only be available for a limited time, and we’re not sure just yet how long it’ll be sticking around. If you want to check this new short out, head to Disney California Adventure after June 2nd.
