It’s an exciting time for water park fans!

With Disney’s Blizzard Beach reopening on March 7th, 2021, we’ve already received updates on park hours and tickets. Disney had previously announced that the reopening would include “reduced capacity, temperature screenings, physical distancing and face coverings.” Now we have updates on the mask requirements that will be in place.
Disney will require approved face coverings for guests ages 2 and up in “designated areas”, which include the park entrance and exit, retail areas, and food and beverage ordering areas.

However, face coverings are not permitted while on water slides or in the water. To experience many attractions, you’ll have to take your mask off.

Like in other areas on property, guests out of the water are allowed to remove their face coverings to eat or drink, as long as they’re stationary and physically distanced. We’ll keep you posted here at AllEars with more water park reopening information as it comes!
