The global health crisis has changed the way people travel, especially for those who travel internationally — for example, those who travel from the U.K. to the U.S. to visit Disney World.

In March, the U.K. enacted a travel restriction against certain countries, including the U.S. that requires a mandatory 14-day quarantine period upon arrival in the U.K. The U.K. also recently added France to its list of restricted countries, affecting Disneyland Paris guests.
However, according to the Wall Street Journal, U.S. government officials are in discussions to increase COVID-19 testing in the U.S., which could possibly open up international travel to Americans. The plan would have passengers being tested for the virus both before and after their flights.
At present, only flights from New York to London (and vice versa) would be affected, but officials have stated they would like to open up travel between the two cities before the holidays.

This plan would also require cooperation from officials in both countries, but it could mean that the U.S. will soon get more visitors from the U.K., including those with plans to go to Disney World, as well as other Orlando theme parks. It would also open up travel to Americans wanting to visit the Warner Bros. Studio Tour London — The Making of Harry Potter attraction there.
