Universal Studios Orlando and its CityWalk reopened a few weeks ago, but not all of CityWalk’s dining and retail locations opened right away.
Now, we’ve learned that one of our favorite restaurants in CityWalk has reopened, and we are so excited!
That’s right, The Cowfish Sushi Burger Bar in CityWalk is back in business!
This fan-favorite spot serves up a menu that has both classic Asian cuisine and burgers. These aren’t items that normally you find on the same menu, but there is something delicious and comforting about burgers and sushi that just makes them a natural fit.
According to Universal’s website, The Cowfish is operating with limited hours, from 4PM to 10PM on Thursdays through Sundays. The restaurant is closed on Mondays, Tuesdays, and Wednesdays. Hours are subject to change, so if you want to dine here, we recommend calling ahead to confirm they are open. We can’t wait to get in there and get some grub!
