The Edison at Disney Springs is among the venues toasting to Cinco de Mayo with a variety of specials. The Edison is serving up special burger and beverage pairings, such as a spicy The Diablo Burger coupled with a Flor de Maravilla, which is tequila, Ancho Chili Liquor, Maestro Dobel Humito, Solerno Blood Orange, Campari, Passion Fruit Cordial, and Blood Orange Juice served in a rocks glass with a strawberry garnish and a cocoa chili rubbed rim.
