This Update Will CHANGE How You Do Mickey’s Not-So-Scary Halloween Party in Disney World

The 2025 version of Mickey’s Not-So-Scary Halloween Party is almost here… and things are going to be different this year.

The Magic Kingdom’s annual Halloween event is always one of our favorites. Offerings like candy on the Treat Trails, characters in their Halloween best costumes, the Not-So-Spooky Spectacular fireworks, the Hocus Pocus Villain Spelltacular, and the Boo-To-You Halloween Parade make the party a can’t-miss celebration of all things Halloween. However, one of our go-to Boo-To-You spots is going through some massive changes in 2025.

Out favorite spot to watch Boo-To-You has always been in Frontierland. Perhaps it’s the atmosphere of Old West buildings with the Haunted Mansion rising in the distance, perhaps it’s the fact that most of the party’s crowds congregate near the Cinderella Castle hub and Main Street U.S.A. Either way the parade just hit different here.

Come 2025 however, Frontierland is going to be in the midst of a radical transformation. Massive construction walls will be blocking off the entire shoreline of the Rivers of America, which closed forever on July 7th, along with Tom Sawyer Island and the Liberty Belle Ferry Boat.

The opening day area is in the process of being transformed into the Cars-themed Piston Peak…

… while just beyond Big Thunder Mountain, work is underway on the upcoming Villains Land expansion.

However, both of those lands are years away, and in the meantime, Frontierland is going to be a maze of construction walls, including during Mickey’s Not-So-Scary Halloween Party’s Boo-To-You Parade.
