Disneyland’s 70th Anniversary is kicking off in a BIG way, and we’re here with a first look at the new additions for this historic celebration. We know over 70 new snacks are coming to the resort for the summer celebration, but now we just got a look at all the entertainment you’ll be able to experience as well, and we were NOT disappointed!

This adorable 25-minute parade is BACK, and you’ll once again get to see two dozen of your favorite Pixar pals in Disney California Adventure!

See Red Panda Mei and her friends from Turning Red rock out to their favorite boy band, 4*Town…

…wave hello to Joe Gardner and 22 from Soul as they celebrate the sweet things in life…

…and watch as best buddies Luca, Alberto, and Giulia from Luca enjoy their time together at the water’s edge in Portorosso.

Disney Jr. Mickey Mouse Clubhouse Live!

This new show takes place in the Disney Theater in Disney California Adventure and is inspired by the hit show Mickey Mouse Clubhouse, as well as the upcoming Mickey Mouse Clubhouse+ series debuting later this summer. Kiddos can dance and sing to original songs and participate in interactive activities with some of their favorite Disney pals.

In this show, Mickey Mouse and Minnie Mouse welcome guests to Mickey’s house for a fun-filled party, but Goofy, Daisy, and Pluto haven’t made it yet, so “Mickey and Minnie take the party on the road to find them, ultimately uniting everyone for a high-energy finale!

This was FUN!

If you have kids, TAKE THEM TO THIS SHOW! The music is surprisingly GREAT, and little ones will love all the characters, colors, and interactive elements.

World of Color Happiness!

An all-new version of World of Color arrives just for the 70th Anniversary! This new nighttime spectacular in Disney California Adventure is “inspired by Walt Disney’s words from the opening-day dedication of Disneyland 7 decades ago: ‘To all who come to this happy place… welcome!’

World of Color

This show explores the emotion of happiness through a kaleidoscope of different views, as it’s hosted by Joy and the other emotions from Inside Out and Inside Out 2! You’ll get to see characters and scenes from some of your favorite Pixar films like Turning Red, The Incredibles, A Goofy Movie, Tangled, Encanto, and more.

This show is NOT to be missed! And for a limited time, the MUPPETS will crash the show with a little pre-show safety briefing.

Tapestry of Happiness

This new projection show takes place on the outside of the “it’s a small world” ride building and transforms it into “a vibrant, animated mosaic inspired by the work of legendary Disney artist Mary Blair.” You’ll also get to hear the new song “Celebrate Happy,” an original theme song written for the 70th Anniversary celebration.

The projections here are SO fun! You’ll see nods to all kinds of classic Disney icons. We had so much fun at this projection show.

Paint the Night

This gorgeous nighttime parade is returning for this summertime event! Over one million LED lights bring this spectacular parade to life. You’ll get to see characters like Sorcerer Mickey, Tinker Bell, Anna and Elsa (with a Frozen Fractals Float!), Ariel, Belle, Buzz and Woody, Mike and Sulley, Peter Pan, Rapunzel, among many more!

Paint the Night

Not only will you hear iconic songs from your favorite Disney and Pixar films, but you’ll also hear a special rendition of “When Can I See You Again” by Owl City as a nod to the original Main Street Electrical Parade. Yeah, this parade is IN.CRE.DI.BLE. Watch it!

Wondrous Journeys Nighttime Spectacular

This 13-minute show honors the classics of Walt Disney Animation Studios that inspired Walt Disney’s original magical kingdom. We LOVE this nighttime show, and we’re SO happy it’s back.

There’s Aurora!

You’ll get to see characters and scenes from HerculesThe Princess and the FrogPeter PanFrozenBig Hero 6MoanaEncanto, and more. The show begins with the Blue Fairy granting your wish and taking you into the worlds of Disney animation. Each night you’ll see wonderful projections, lighting effects, and, on select nights, fireworks!

The Celebrate Happy Cavalcade

A NEW cavalcade led by Mickey Mouse and his friends is HERE! The cavalcade runs twice — at 1:30 PM and 2:45 PM. There’s something EXTRA special about this new show, though.

Along with Mickey, Minnie, Donald, and Pluto, you’ll see Duffy (!!!), ShellieMay, Max, Disney Princesses, heroes, and more! Did you catch that? Duffy is BACK in Disneyland — talk about historic!
