If you are not a Florida Residents or a Disney Vacation Club Member, you will only be able to purchase the highest tier pass, the Disney Incredi-Pass.

We don’t know for sure why Disney World has opted to lower the down payment and increase the monthly payment. It could be to make the annual pass more accessible with a lower initial down payment, or they could be looking to run marketing on the new, lower down payment soon. We will keep an eye out for any statements from Disney World explaining these changes.

All passes come with complimentary standard theme park parking, and dining and merchandise discounts. Although, it is important to note that all passes except for the Disney Incredi-Pass have block-out dates.

  1. seems like what I was going to add is what most of the comments have already said… that payments are only for Florida residents… and in some ways it would be nice if I could spread them out across the year… Indiana here.
But I also thought there were a couple of different levels available to out of state residents, but if I read it correctly this implies that the only one we can buy is the incredi pass… hmmm…

  2. If you’re out of state, you have to pay in full at purchase – there’s no payment plan. Might be worth mentioning that in your article as it feels like misleading information otherwise.

  3. The fact you have to make payments on an annual pass means you can’t afford it. Disney has gotten way too expensive for the everyday family. Such a shame.

  4. The payment plan for annual passes to Disney world is only available to Florida residents. Wish it was an option for others as well
