As 2024 begins to wind down, we can start looking at some big things coming to Orlando in 2025. Perhaps the BIGGEST thing, though, is Epic Universe, Universal Orlando’s brand new theme park. We’ve already learned about the five themed lands the new park will have and the hype for each is real.
We can’t wait to see Celestial Park, Wizarding World of Harry Potter — Ministry of Magic, Dark Universe, How To Train Your Dragon — Isle of Berk, and Super Nintendo World for ourselves. Multi-day tickets and packages are available for Epic Universe NOW, but Universal Orlando Annual Passholders can now book single-day tickets.
So here’s the deal: the general public does not yet have access to single-day tickets to Epic Universe. If they want to visit the new theme park, they have to purchase a multi-day ticket or vacation package. However, Universal Orlando Annual Passholders can purchase single-day tickets, and right now, they’re the only folks who can.
But Universal Orlando Annual Passholders also might be getting an even BETTER perk. Passholders may soon have the chance to visit Epic Universe BEFORE anyone else. Universal previously teased that early previews of Epic Universe may soon become available to Passholders.
Universal used a virtual queue for these tickets and the process ran really smoothly. We waited about 15 minutes and then it was go time. Opening day, May 22nd, 2025, was sold out, but every other date was available at the time.
So if you’re looking to get into Epic Universe, becoming a Universal Orlando Annual Passholder could be a good idea — it’s certainly something to consider. In the meantime, we’re keeping an eye out for even more Epic Universe news ahead of its opening, so check back with AllEars again soon for more.

Please note that this does not include military freedom annual pass holders. Our passes include the designation UOAP but Universal has decided to leave these pass holders out of the sale. I just want to save others the time of waiting in the virtual queue.
