One of the most fun things you can do at Disney World is visit the water parks, especially as it IS generally pretty warm in Florida year-round.
There’s no better way to beat the heat than to hit up a water park for some fun in the sun. Disney World has two water parks, Typhoon Lagoon and Blizzard Beach. Did you know, though, that you can get a pass to visit the water parks as much as you want? Well, there is, and you can get it right now.
So Disney World doesn’t keep both of its water parks open at the same time. They alternate from season to season. So the first thing you need to know is that Typhoon Lagoon’s last date will be on November 3rd, with Blizzard Beach reopening on November 4th.Â
However, you can get a seasonal water park pass for BOTH parks so you can enjoy them when they’re open through May 25th. Yes, that’s right, Disney World’s seasonal water park pass has returned. This pass lets you have repeat visits to Disney World’s water parks as often as you like, except for the lockout dates from April 12th-20th, 2025.
The Water Parks Seasonal Pass is $79 plus tax. Also, Disney World’s water parks offer free parking throughout the year. If you’re planning on enjoying Blizzard Beach when it reopens, you’ll get access to a Frozen-themed area, as well as the Summit Plummet water slide, where you can plunge 360 feet into the water. There’s also a 3,000-foot lazy river if that’s more your speed.
So if you’re interested in visiting Disney World’s water parks as often as you want through May 2025, the pass could very well be worth the cost. Note that you’ll get a FREE visit to a water park in 2025 on your check-in day if you’re staying at a Disney World hotel.
