See What It’s Like To Attend PIRATE NIGHT on the Disney Magic Cruise Ship!

Ahoy, me hearties! Are ya ready for a seafaring adventure?!

We recently took a voyage aboard the Disney Magic and absolutely had a blast! Sailing out in the ocean, we can’t help but want to feel like the pirates from the Pirates of the Caribbean ride and movies, so during this latest trip with the Disney Cruise Line, we were all about embracing Pirates Night! Come join us on our adventure!

Pirates Night is held aboard all five ships in the Disney Cruise Line fleet, and we experienced ours on the Disney Magic very recently! Swashbuckling garb is welcome for this event, which offers a Pirates in the Caribbean show and deck party. Select itineraries also include fireworks, trivia, games, and character meet-and-greets in their best pirate attire.

We can’t rave enough about this themed event! Pirates Night is our favorite night on the Disney cruise! You get to dress up and enjoy a pirate-y atmosphere — nothing tops that on the seven seas!

As for the Pirates of the Caribbean Party, we honestly had a blast! The dance party features some classic characters, including Pirate Mickey.

We loved seeing the characters in their pirate garb, and it was fun to see everyone dress up and get into the Disney pirate spirit.

In fact, we were so into this party that we stayed until the show ended and danced until we could dance no more!

This party is fairly simple, and if you’re used to Disney Parks dance parties, this particular party doesn’t quite break the mold. However, if it ain’t broke, don’t fix it! If you love dancing, pirate-themed storytelling, and feeling like a carefree pirate out on the open ocean, this is the night for you!

Once you’re ready to settle in and retire from being a pirate, the night’s big spectacular comes in the form of fireworks! Seeing fireworks against the backdrop of the dark ocean sky is a sight to behold and really ties together this swashbuckling event!
