Snack or Skip?! We’re Rating the 7 NEWEST Treats in Disney World

There are some NEW snacks in Disney World!

Cinderella Castle in Magic Kingdom

We’re constantly on the lookout for new treats in the parks and resorts, and now that March has started, Disney is celebrating Women’s History Month. That means we’ve got several new snacks to try, so let’s dive in!

Lychee Green Tea

First on our list was the Lychee Green Tea at Connections Eatery! It’s pomegranate-hibiscus green tea with lychee, lime juice, and pomegranate boba pearls. You can snag it for $5.99.

Lychee Green Tea

The lychee taste here is pretty mild, and you mostly get the pomegranate and hibiscus flavors. It’s very floral, fruity, and refreshing for those warmer springtime days!

Moana Milkshake

Also in EPCOT is the Moana Milkshake at Sunshine Seasons. This treat is made with an orange cream milkshake with whipped cream, seashells, pearls, and a Moana coin on top. Get it for $8.99.

Moana Milkshake

This one was delicious and absolutely stunning! The flavors work together really well.

A scoop of the shake

The shake is thick and creamy with a good creamsicle flavor, and the various toppings add some nice textural elements. We would definitely recommend this!

Feathered Friends Mousse Dome

At Creature Comforts in Animal Kingdom, we got the Feathered Friends Mousse Dome for $7.99. Lavender-white chocolate mousse, orange blossom cake, chocolate coating, chocolate flakes, white chocolate feathers, and buttercream all make up this pretty treat.

Feathered Friends Mousse Dome

The flavors in this treat were really interesting and reminded us of blueberry, almost. However, the big problem you’ll face here is that the dome stains EVERYTHING. This was an absolute mess to eat!

It’s also very sweet and the cake is a smidge dry, so this might not be our top choice from the list.

Minnie Mouse Cupcake

At Main Street Bakery in Magic Kingdom, you can find the Minnie Mouse Cupcake for $5.99. This treat is a chocolate chip cupcake with cheesecake filling topped with chocolate buttercream, chocolate “ears,” and a chocolate bow.

Minnie Mouse Cupcake

The cake was fairly dry, but the cheesecake filling was rather nice — very creamy and cream cheese-forward. The chocolate chips throughout add a little rich chocolate flavor and the frosting was fudgy and sweet.

You’ll want to hold on to this one tightly if you get it though — that frosting makes the cupcake very top-heavy!

Princess of Alderaan Shake

Head over to Dockside Diner in Hollywood Studios to snag the Princess of Alderaan Shake for $9.79. It’s a salted caramel shake topped with whipped cream, edible glitter, and mini cinnamon rolls.

Princess of Alderaan Shake

This was seriously SO fun! The salted caramel flavor really came through and the decor was the perfect homage to Princess Leia. The cinnamon rolls were a little underwhelming, as they were fairly dry.

The cinnamon buns!

If you mostly want the shake, this would be a good buy. However, if you’re only interested in the cinnamon rolls, we suggest going elsewhere!

Mardi Gras Petit Cake

Amorette’s Patisserie in Disney Springs is home to the Mardi Gras Petit Cake, which is layers of vanilla chiffon, cinnamon cream cheese mousse, bourbon-caramel mousse, and salted praline crunch. It’s a pretty pricey treat at $22.

Mardi Gras Petit Cake

The textures were pretty spot-on for this one, with creamy frosting and soft, moist cake. However, the flavors fell a little bit flat. The cinnamon, bourbon-caramel, and praline flavors weren’t evenly spread throughout the cake, which was a little confusing for the taste buds.

This is probably one we’d advise you to skip, unless you just want it for the adorable Tiana and Lottie decor!

Banh Mi Burger

At D-Luxe Burger in Disney Springs, you’ll find the Banh Mi Burger for $14.49. It’s made with a D-Luxe special blend patty, hoisin pork belly, jalapeño jam, Napa cabbage slaw, and cilantro with a house-made bun.

Banh Mi Burger

The burgers here are usually pretty good, but the toppings REALLY make this one stand out! The pork belly was thick and delicious, but the jalapeno jam really took everything up a notch and tied it all together.

Inside the burger

It’s a good blend of sweet and spicy, but it’s not too spicy overall.
