When it comes to digital entertainment these days, there’s a lot to keep up with especially as companies continue to cancel shows.
We’ve seen long-running dramas, kids’ shows, and several ABC shows get canceled, and now there’s another to add to the list.
The Good Doctor will end its run with the upcoming seventh season, according to Variety.
Those familiar with the show know that The Good Doctor debuted on ABC back in 2017 and it has been very popular for some time now. According to ABC, it was ranked as the number one entertainment series in the Monday 10PM time slot in the adults 18-49 demographic.
One of the stars of the show, Freddie Highmore said, “Playing Dr. Shaun Murphy has been an immense privilege and one of the most remarkable and rewarding experiences of my life. I will always be grateful to David, Liz, and Erin as well as the hugely talented – and lovely – cast, writers, and crew who made this show possible.”
The final season will debut on February 20th, so be sure to tune in for the show’s final hoorah.
