We are officially into 2024 and excited for all the new things coming this year!

Remember, when we told you that getting to Disneyland will be even easier (and faster)? We’ve been talking a lot about expansions, but one expansion, in particular, will be undergoing construction in 2024. And now, Brightline has revealed some details on how it will look!
Way back in the year 2023, Brightline announced that they would be expanding west. While they currently serve Southern Florida and Orlando, they are looking to create two new stations on the West Coast.

Lots of people opt to fly into Las Vegas and then drive to California to go to Disneyland, Universal Studios, or simply the beaches. And vice versa for those looking to leave California for a little vacation.

For anyone who has made the trip between Los Angeles and Las Vegas before, you know that trip can take anywhere between four and seven hours (depending on traffic). But the new Brightline train will make it possible to get between the two hub cities in under 3 hours!

Now, Brightline has taken to X/Twitter to share some exciting concept art of the new station that will be coming to Las Vegas. According to the post, the new station will be located near the Las Vegas Strip, the Raiders’ Allegiant Stadium, and the Las Vegas Convention Center. If you’re a Raiders fan, you may be fond of this news!
New year, new Brightline stations in the works ? Have you seen our expansion plans out west? Here's a sneak peek at @BrightlineWest Las Vegas – located near the Las Vegas Strip, the Raiders’ Allegiant Stadium and the Las Vegas Convention Center. pic.twitter.com/2cUNJB5DjU

You can see what appears to be the strip in the upper right corner of the picture. And if you’re familiar with Las Vegas at all, then you may know that the Raiders’ stadium is not all that far from the airport, making the location of this new station convenient for people flying into and out of the city.

This will be a great addition to the city and the West Coast. Disneyland fans will have another way to get to their favorite park! We’ll be on the lookout for more development on this new Brightline route.

Unless it is going to be traveling over 1000s of miles to Disneyland in California. Shouldn’t it say Disney World. I honestly was confused at first, and surprised because I didn’t know there was going to one from Tampa Bay to California.
Having been on the 15 so many times ..stuck….this would be fantastic. Is there a stop near Palm Springs????
