Fantasmic! Dining Packages Will CHANGE When the Disney Dining Plan Returns in 2024!

If you’re anything like us, then you’re probably counting down the days until the Disney Dining Plan returns!

Who’s excited for the Disney Dining Plan to return?!

That’s right, the pre-paid service allows you to eat based on credits at a wide variety of Disney World restaurants. This is a great way for those who are dining on a budget, as everything will be paid for before you even arrive, and it’s also great for those who LOVE to eat all the food. Now, though, we’ve found an update on the Disney Dining Plan and a fan-favorite nighttime spectacular. Let’s talk about it!

According to the Disney World website, the Disney Dining Plan (DDP) will now be accepted for Fantasmic! dining packages!

That’s right! You can use your meal credits in exchange for a Fantasmic! dining package at the following restaurants:

50’s Prime Time Cafe
Hollywood and Vine
Mama Melrose’s Ristorante Italiano

Mama Melrose’s Ristorante

Sci-Fi Dine-In Theater Restaurant
Hollywood Brown Derby (but it’ll redeem TWO table service meal credits)

When you book a dining package, you’ll be able to eat at the aforementioned restaurants as well as score reserved seating for the Fantasmic! show. It’s so helpful for fans of the show to be able to pre-pay for the experience.

Previously, the Disney website was telling us that the DDP would NOT be accepted, which may have been a glitch. Now, things seem to be good to go for those of you who will be utilizing the meal service!
