FULL Cast for Disney's Brand New Movie - 'Wish'

We don’t know about you, but we’re really excited about Disney’s upcoming animated movie Wish.

We had the opportunity to see part of the movie at this year’s Destination D23 event (and we were hooked). Recently, Disney also released a new trailer for Wish. We also now have the full cast list for all the voices in the film.

Wish follows a young girl, Asha, who lives in the Kingdom of Rosas makes a wish on a star that gets way more than she bargained for when the trouble-making star actually comes down from the sky to visit her. Together, Asha and the star must overcome the evils in Rosas to give its people a better future.

Asha is portrayed by Ariana DeBose (West Side Story, Hamilton).

Ariana’s best friend, a goat named Valentino, is portrayed by Alan Tudyk (yes, Hei Hei from Moana). Don’t worry, though — the goat actually gets to speak in the movie!

Of course, what’s a Disney movie without a villain? The villain is King Magnifico as portrayed by Chris Pine (Star Trek, Dungeons & Dragons).

We now know who else is rounding out the voice cast, though, and there are even MORE big names here. Evan Peters (American Horror Story, WandaVision) plays Simon, Harvey Guillén (What We Do In Shadows) is Gabo, Victor Garber (Titanic, Alias, The Flash) is Sabino, Della Sabo (Zootopia, Ralph Breaks The Internet) is Bazeema, Angelique Cabral (Life In Pieces, Friends with Benefits) is Queen Amaya, Ramy Youssef (Mr. Robot) is Safi, Natasha Rothwell (The White Lotus) is Sakina, Jon Rudnitsky (Home Again, Jurassic World: Camp Cretaceous) is Dario, Niko Vargas (Monkey Wrench, Craig of the Creek) is Hal, and Jennifer Kumiyama (Awkward, The Sessions) is Dahlia.

So yes, that is a LOAD of talent starring in the movie. We’ll be looking forward to seeing Wish in theaters when it arrives on November 22nd, 2023.
