There are so many exciting things coming to the Disney Parks that sometimes we feel like we can’t handle the anticipation any longer!
At Disney’s Q3 earnings call for fiscal 2023, we got the inside scoop on several company updates from Disney CEO Bob Iger. We learned about overall revenue, Disney’s new partnership with PENN, and even found out about an all-new streaming subscription bundle that would be coming soon to the United States. We also found out MORE details regarding the exciting things coming to the parks. Let’s talk about it!
From Journey of Water, Inspired by Moana to Tiana’s Bayou Adventure, it’s probably safe to assume that the majority of us are pretty darn excited about the new attractions, rides, and even eateries that will open within the next year or so in the Disney Parks.
We’re all pretty anxious to find out exactly WHEN we can experience these additions for the first time! Well, get ready to make some plans, because Disney shared opening timelines with us. Let’s highlight a few!
San Fransokyo Square at Disney California Adventure Park will open later this month on August 31st. The Big Hero 6 area will bring new eateries, shops, and even a meet-and-greet experience with Baymax and Hiro.
Journey of Water is still set to open in Fall 2023, with no exact opening date yet announced. However, things are starting to look much more complete!
Tiana’s Bayou Adventure at both Disneyland and Disney World is set to open in 2024. Very vague, Disney! We need to know the deets!
If you’re a fan of Disney Cruise Line, Lighthouse Point will open in June of 2024. This is Disney’s new private island in the Bahamas, and might be your summer 2023 vaycay destination!
