Universal Studios is in the middle of a BIG expansion.
Universal Studios is growing across the country. Earlier this year, Universal announced they will be opening up a theme park in Texas. There is also a third theme park in Orlando, Epic Universe, that is currently being built. Plus, over in California, there was the recent opening of Super Nintendo World.
Now, one of the Universal theme parks is getting a NEW coaster. Universal Studios Hollywood shared on Twitter that there is a new Fast & Furious-themed roller coaster currently under construction.

At this time, it’s not clear yet when this coaster would be completed or the style of coaster it will be (We have a feeling it will be FAST (and furious)). That said, we know fans will be excited. Speaking of expansions, a new section of Universal Orlando has opened.
Minions Land is now open at Universal Orlando. We were able to visit and got to try the new restaurant — Minions Cafe. You can learn more about this new land below!
This new area is filled with exclusive merchandise, special snacks, and even a popcorn bucket!

Very confused at their determination to push Fast and Furious. Is this to make up for the hilariously poor initial attempt at a F&F ride?
Not sure what’s confusing. F&F is a multi-billion dollar franchise and it’s their IP. Makes sense they would try to do as much with it as they can.
Couldn’t agree more with you. The other FNF ride is pathetic and should be removed.
