What to Wear to Disneyland in December

It’s the most wonderful time of the year!

Yep, December can be an extra magical time to visit Disneyland because of all the decor, treats, and holiday theming throughout the park. But you might be wondering what to wear! If you’re headed to Disneyland this December to celebrate the holiday season with a little bit of magic, this post will serve as your guide to coming up with the coziest, cutest Disney-themed outfits to inspire your packing list.

 

First and foremost, we need to take weather into consideration. December at Disneyland is relatively chilly, with highs reaching 68ºF and lows in the mid 40s. We recommend dressing pretty comfortably, and in layers — in case it gets too warm for comfort around midday.

Of course, we’re gonna get pretty holly and jolly with these outfits. So, if you’re ready to go hunting for the BEST gingerbread, spread some holiday cheer, and have way too much hot chocolate, you’re gonna want to come with us. Let’s go!

Christmas Mickey Mouse Outfit

Let’s start off with a holiday outfit inspired by Mickey Mouse himself.

We paired a black tank top with a red midi skirt, but you might want to opt for a chunky black sweater to wear on top of the tank. We added some comfy white sneakers, holiday-themed earrings, and some Santa Mickey ears!

Christmas on Main Street Outfit

Now this is a fun one!

We paired this Christmas on Main Street tee with this sparkly tulle skirt. For December in California, it might not hurt to layer a sheer white mock neck top underneath the tee. We added some green sneakers, ornament earrings, and some other holly jolly accessories!

Christmas Park Day

If you’re hoping for a bit of a dressier option, this outfit might be a good choice!

We paired this long-sleeved red dress with some comfy white sneakers and some gold jewelry. We also added this holiday-themed Loungefly to the outfit! Plus, you can’t go wrong with some Christmas or winter-themed Minnie ears to tie it all together with some Disney flair.

(Another) Main Street Christmas Outfit

This is just a different version of the other Main Street Christmas outfit! It could be a great option if you’re hoping to match with a friend or your little ones.

This outfit features a white Main Street Christmas shirt, which we thought looked adorable with this pink tulle skirt. Just pair it with some comfy white sneakers, some Disney holiday accessories like the MagicBand+, and you’re good to take on the park!

Stitch Christmas Outfit

This Stitch Christmas outfit might just be one of our favorites.

We started with this Stitch Christmas Lights tee and paired it with this plaid skirt which we thought provided lots of holly and jolly vibes. Next, add some comfy sneakers. We chose navy ones to match the Stitch shirt. Add some Disney holiday accessories, a park bag, and you’re ready to take on Christmas in Tomorrowland.
