The Polite Pig at Disney Springs has really made a name for itself in the few short years that it’s been open. We’ve tried lots of menu items here and they continue to add seasonal items that rotate in and out. However, we feel very strongly that two items, in particular, are what you need to order your next visit.

If you’re not familiar with The Polite Pig you can find it right next to the Lime Garage of Disney Springs. This fast-casual restaurant specializes in wood-fired smoked and grilled items and various on-tap beverages. They feature a unique blend of lively atmosphere with indoor and outdoor seating, too.

In this meal, you’ll get samplings of polite pork, smoked chicken, prime brisket & cheddar sausage with slaw, pickles, two cornbread, and a choice of two market sides. This might be harder to tackle as just one person so it makes a great shareable option if you’re looking to dine with someone else. You’ll get a decent portion of everything from meats to sides. If you’re brave enough to tackle this giant spread of food, you can grab it for $44.

The second menu item we’ve had come up over and over with resounding praise is the Mac & Cheese side here.

The secret to their exceptional mac & cheese here is the aged cheddar base for the cheese sauce. The way it’s cooked creates the creamiest mac & cheese and it is topped with breadcrumbs for a nice crunch to boot.
