NEWS: Daniel Radcliffe Cast as Weird Al in New Biopic

From David Copperfield to Harry Potter to Dr. Frankenstein’s assistant Igor, Daniel Radcliffe has played multiple characters who originated in the literary world.

But now it looks like Daniel will be trying his hand at something new — playing a role based on a real person! We’ve got all the details about this upcoming biopic for you below!

Weird: The Al Yankovic Story, is an original biopic that “promises to hold nothing back and explore every facet of his life, from his childhood through his meteoric rise to fame”, according to Deadline.

Yankovic is known for his best-selling comedy albums that parody popular songs. The film is being produced by Funny or Die and Tango — it will be available for streaming exclusively on The Roku Channel.
