A Popular Reality Show is Going to Disney World!

Disney is such a massive cultural phenomenon that it’s spreading to places you wouldn’t expect!

One place where we see a surprising number of Disney references? Reality TV! Disney stars appear on these competition shows from time to time, and we’ve even seen Disney-themed episodes on shows Dancing with the Stars. Now, a whole cast of contestants from a popular show is headed to the parks!

On last night’s episode of American Idol, it was announced that the contestants who made it through to the next round of the show would be taking a trip to Walt Disney World!

The contestants will get to spend several days at The Most Magical Place on Earth, having the chance to visit all four theme parks during their trip. And not only will they be experiencing Disney, but they’ll also be performing it as well — Disney Night is coming to the show on May 2nd!
