NEWS: Disney Announces NEW ‘Star Wars’ Film ‘Rogue Squadron’

It’s been a day of announcements from Disney’s Investor Day!

Along with the announcement of several new Star Wars series for Disney+, we also got news of upcoming theatrical releases from a galaxy far, far away!

Wonder Woman director Patty Jenkins will be helming the upcoming film Rogue Squadron for Disney and Lucasfilm.

While not much has been announced about the upcoming film, the title will be familiar to many Star Wars fans. Jenkins posted a video revealing the news to her Twitter.

The new theatrical release is slated to land in theaters Christmas 2023. We’ll keep you updated with all the latest from Disney’s Investor Day, so stay tuned!
