ABC Shows Donating Medical Supplies to Help Treatment Teams

With the Coronavirus pandemic spreading, hospitals and emergency services are in need of additional supplies to keep up with demand. Multiple ABC dramas have made donations to help with the effort to combat the virus.

The ABC shows Grey’s Anatomy and Station 19 have both donated various supplies to hospitals and fire stations.

One of the most requested supplies during the pandemic has been N95 masks. Station 19 had about 300 of these masks on hand, which they donated to a local fire station. The producers of the long-running medical drama, Grey’s Anatomy, also announced they will donate their stock of gowns and gloves to hospital staff.

These donations come at a time when hospitals around the country are experiencing shortages due to an influx of patients. Hopefully other medical dramas will continue to follow this lead to help hospitals and emergency services with supplies.
