Grab your Bagel Bites and your Capri Suns, friends, ’cause we are going back to the days of butterfly clips, Mall Mania, and roller blades.

That’s right, y’all: we’ve scoured Disney+ to find the best of the best 90’s and early 2000’s nostalgia. And we aren’t even talking about big, Disney classics like The Lion King or Beauty and the Beast (though we obviously love those). No, we’re talking cartoons, live action movies, and Disney Channel faves.
This list is all that and a bag of chips. Here are our favorite throwbacks you can watch right now, on Disney+!
1. Newsies
Ready to seize the day? Throw it back with Christian Bale and the rest of the gang with one of our musical faves.

2. Lizzie McGuire
Is it just me, or is Lizzie McGuire the voice of all of us “average girls” in our generation? Lesson learned — it’s better to be a Lizzie than a Kate.

3. Doug
Get ready to go back to Bluffington. Doug originated on Nickelodeon, but the final three seasons were produced by Disney and aired on ABC during One Saturday Morning. And you can watch those three seasons on Disney+!

4. Boy Meets World
This was one of the first things we watched when Disney+ aired, we couldn’t wait to reunite with Cory, Topanga, Shawn, and the gang. Turns out, life lessons from Mr. Feeny are still helpful as a grown-up — maybe even more-so.

5. First Kid
What a TREASURE this film is. I watched it last week — and it totally holds up. I was still laughing at Sinbad. If you haven’t watched it in the last 20 years, add it to your queue asap.

6. Ducktales
“Life is like a hurricane, here in DUCKBERG.” — you just sang that in your head, didn’t you? Sure, Ducktales debuted in the 80s, but man those reruns got us through the 90s! Ducktales was one of the best shows on Disney Channel’s “The Disney Afternoon” block which made us all run home after school and warm up some Pizza Rolls.

7. Chip n’ Dale Rescue Rangers
What better to follow Ducktales on the Disney Afternoon than Chip n’ Dale Rescue Rangers?! Also can we get a Gadget meet and greet puh-lease?

8. Tailspin
The Disney Afternoon continues with another winner! Who didn’t love following along with Baloo on his adventures?

9. Darkwing Duck
Continuing the afternoon block, we had to get dark with Darkwing! Wow, we are gonna need to make another pitcher of Kool-aid to get through all of these gems.

10. Goof Troop
Can’t talk about 90’s classics and the Disney Channel afternoon block without talking about this one! Max and Goofy — what more could you want?

11. The Little Mermaid Cartoon Series
We LOVED the cartoon series based on one of our favorites 90s movies — who doesn’t want more under the sea adventures? See also: the Hercules tv show.
12. Even Stevens
Oh how I’ve missed this wacky family. In my experience, you’re either a Louis or a Ren. Which one are you?

13. Jungle 2 Jungle
Oh sweet bb Mimi-Siku, crashing into Baboon’s (and our hearts) forever. This movie is such a treasure, and is peak Tim Allen. Plus, I totally forgot Martin Short was in it, and he’s a treat per usual.
14. Smart Guy
This was one of my favorite shows as a kid — and turns out, it’s still hilarious. (Also, turns out I still know all of the words to the theme song.) Who doesn’t love tiny Taj Mowry and his hijinx? Plus, Mo and Marcus are low key one of our favorite duos from our childhood.
Whoa, dude — that’s a lot of nostalgia. And we didn’t even get to DCOMs yet — they deserved their own post. (Check it here!)
