New Narrator Announced for Epcot’s Candlelight Processional

Epcot’s Candlelight Processional is a can’t-miss for many people celebrating the holidays in Disney World. We’ve just learned about a new narrator for this year’s special event.

Candlelight Processional

Journalist Lisa Ling will be the narrator for the closing days of the Candlelight Processional on December 29 and December 30, 2019.

Ling currently hosts This is Life with Lisa Ling on CNN.

Ling joins other narrators Neil Patrick Harris, Whoopi Goldberg, Gary Sinise, Pat Sajak, Steven Curtis Chapman, and Edward James Olmos. See the full Candlelight Processional schedule that we have so far here.

  1. I’m glad she’s not narrating when we’ll be there in December. I’m sure Lisa is a nice person, but she’s also a big-time liberal, which I find it somewhat ironic how Disney is getting some very leftist people to narrate a very “Christian” story, since some of these narrators denounce Christian believers from time to time on TV or social media. I can’t help but believe Uncle Walt would have a problem with some of the narrators if he was still around.

    1. As of today (August 20th), one more narrator has been announced. Mulan herself, Ming-Na Wen, will take on narrating duties November 29 – December 1.
