Paddlefish Adds Prix Fixe Menu for Easter

Paddlefish will also be serving a prix fixe menu for $52 per person this Easter (Sunday, April 16), featuring new dishes to celebrate the holiday. The specials for Easter include Dover Sole Roulades (stuffed with crab and chorizo) atop fiddlehead ferns with a mango beurre blanc, and for dessert a chocolate and espresso layered Opera Cake with a milk chocolate glaze.
