I just got back from the World and took my two sons ages 11 and 14 to Disney Quest for the day. We went early on in the week and it was a nice day outside so the crowd was light. The abilities on your smart phone are going to be more advanced then just about everything inside. In saying that the retro games were fun. We enjoyed the day and played everything on the 5 floors and had dinner inside which was good. If you enjoy the stand up games and want to break up your trip this is a fun way to do so. If you get free tickets as part of your package then spend a few hours early and you will have a great time. I paid the admission and would consider putting on the parks and more option for my boys as they had a great time.

Pros:

Retro

Cons:

Review of Oceaneer Club and Lab

My 9-yr-old son loved the club and lab. We gave him access to check himself in and out. They're open until 1am and my son stayed until midnight most of the time. We could call anytime to see if he was checked in there or request to have him come back to the stateroom. He loved playing Gaga ball, doing the Sloppy Science activities, and pajama parties. He's already missing his favorite counselors.

Pros:

Friendliness of the counselors

Review of Inside Stateroom Magical Porthole Cat 10 and 11

My family of four sailed the Fantasy June 1st. My kids are 9 and 12. We stayed in the inside stateroom, Cat. 11, using our vacation club points. I have to admit that with four of us, bathroom situation was at times difficult. Next time, we'll get the deluxe inside room with the split bath. We also could've used a little more closet space. We had keep some of our clothes in the suitcases under the bed since they wouldn't all fit in the different storage spaces available. Having said that,I have to admit that Disney has the largest staterooms of any cruise line I've seen.

We took advantage of the laundry room and were pleased with the number of washers/dryers available. The prices for it are very reasonable and cost no more than a laundry mat back home.

We all enjoyed the magical porthole a lot. My only wish is that the character appearances would pop up more often. They come across the porthole about every 15-20 min.

We heard very little noise from outside the room. I liked having an inside room so that it was completely dark if you wanted to take a nap in the middle of the day. Both kids were comfortable in their pull-down beds. The heavy curtain separating the queen bed from the rest of the room was also helpful when we'd all be dressing for dinner. Last but not least, our housekeeper was wonderful. She knew us by name, learned our daily routine, and was always available when we needed her.

Pros:

Magical porthole

Cons:

Lack of storage space

My family of 3 stayed at POP May 9-16,room 3338-50's-and we will be coming back next year! This was our 2nd trip to WDW(2011/2013),both times we've stayed at POP,and enjoyed it.Check-in and Check-out have been quick, resort staff have always been pleasant, food court is adequate, rooms are right size for our family(heavy bed covers but we just move them.),bus service has been excellent(1 night after Magic Kingdom fireworks we waited 15 minutes-but most wait times 5 minutes or less.),and the store/game area are nice to have.Resort is clean(there was a cast member powerwashing the bowling ball pool every morning at my daily 6am coffee run!),well-laid out, colorful and full of stuff to see.For our family,POP Century is an affordable, comfortable place to stay, and while it may not be suitable for all families,it's our choice to stay and we will be back for Christmas in 2014.

Pros:

Affordability

We had dinner here on Wednesday May 22, 2013. Everything was great. Our waitress Ling provided amazing service. The chef walked us down the buffet line and pointed out all the gluten free food. The chef brought out a tray of gluten free desserts for the table. There were zebra domes, mango melon mousse and coffee kahlua mousse in a chocolate shell. Yummy.

We will definitely return.

We had lunch at Leaning Palms on Wednesday May 22, 2013. We ordered cheese burgers, hot dog and chips, a pulled pork sandwich and french fries on a gluten free bun. Everyone was happy with their lunch. For desert we had Mickey bars and gluten free brownies. The chef came out and took our gluten free order. He was very friendly and knowledgeable. We would definitely eat here again.

We had dinner at this food court on Tuesday May 21, 2013 at 9 p.m. after checking into the hotel. Maybe it was the time of day, but we had a terrible experience.

The food was horrible and the service was super slow. We order pizza, mac and cheese, pasta and meatballs, chicken strips, and a gluten free burger with french fries. No one was happy with their meal.

Avoid this food court whenever possible. I hope to never eat here again.

This was a good place to eat with my boys ages 11 and 14 in between games. The food is similar to the food courts on the property and was good but not outstanding. The staff was nice and got the food out quick to hungry boys. They could use to expand the menu a bit.

Pros:

Good food and service

Cons:

Not much to select

I have been to Walt Disney World many times and have dined and many restaurants and do not give out 10's easily. I took my two son's ages 11 and 14 and was blown away by the service and food. Jennifer was our waitress and was fantastic. The Jungle Juice we got first was fresh and delicious. The food was outstanding and we all left stuffed. The atmosphere in the hotel and restaurant was amazing. No matter where you stay at Walt Disney World make a reservation and go to Boma and check out the wonderful Animal Kingdom Lodge.

Outstanding everything

I just got back from a week of Walt Disney World and took in both water parks on property. My favorite thing about this park is the wave pool. With 6 foot waves every 90 seconds me and my boys ages 11 and 14 had a blast. All of us also enjoyed the swimming with the sharks experience and did this three times. The sharks and fish are in salt water that is kept at 68 degrees so it is cool!

The only con we had is we wish the park was a little bigger with more waterslide attractions offered. This park is great for younger guests and I think they would like it better then Blizzard Beach.

Overall we opened and closed with the park and had a very good time. When asked the tween and teen boys did prefer the faster passed Blizzard Beach.

Pros:

Wave Pool

Cons:

Not enough water slides
