Some of my favorite quick service food at Walt Disney World! I have eaten breakfast and lunch/dinner and never had a bad meal. Everyone in my party loved their food as well.

We've only had the pleasure to eat here once but it has now become a "must do" every trip. Mickey waffles are typically something I must have every trip but after trying the lemon blueberry pancakes, the waffles have been replaced! The pancakes are light and fluffy and the mascarpone cream served with them takes this dish over the top! The mascarpone polenta is honestly one of the best things I've ever eaten. We went back for seconds! I'm usually not a fan of Disney coffee but the coffee here was fantastic. I think I read somewhere Joffrey's has a blend specifically for the Riviera. The cast members were friendly and helpful and the restaurant itself is so pretty! This is not your typical counter service restaurant. Can't wait to try lunch and dinner here!

Primo is good we ate breakfast here three days in a row! The kids boxes are a great deal if you want something light and the drink and snack are a great bonus. Our Mickey waffles were so light and fluffy and the mascarpone polenta was so good I made a copy cat version when we got home! We love this place and can't wait until we can do sit down dining in here.

Primo Piatto is an amazing quick service restaurant. I would say one of the best on property. We’ve stayed at Riviera twice since it’s opened and have eaten all three meals at Primo Piatto. For breakfast the croque monsieur is delicious, lemon blueberry pancakes are light, fluffy and delicious with a lovely lemon flavor without being overpowering. For lunch the burger is fantastic one of the best I’ve had. Parmesan fritte’s are yummy. The focaccia the chicken sandwich is made with us delightful. They have removed some items from the dinner menu since reopening and hoping they will
Bring those back soon.

I went to Primo Piatto 3 times during my 9-day stay in December of 2019. I ordered a different dish each time and they were all amazing! The Cast Members were very kind and helpful. Also, the restaurant was very cute, but also classy!

Primo Piatto is a step above ordinary quick service. We were very pleased with the quality of food and the friendly service. I'm not a big fan of pancakes, but the Blueberry Lemon Pancakes at breakfast were wonderful. At lunch,we enjoyed the Croque Monsieur, the Bacon Cheddar Burger, and the Romano & Herb Fries.

We stayed at Caribbean Beach in September. We hopped over to the Riviera for a quick dinner one night. We were pleasantly surprised! While I will agree with the review about the door greeter being rude, and the are REALLY pushing mobile order, but hey, who isnt these days. That one person wasnt enough to ruin our meal.
We ordered several items, but the pizza and burger were both way better than typical quick service pizzas and burgers! Very good for a cheap price!

CM at the door was rude. While I understand they are doing mobile order, and I love that, there is such a thing as tact, and general manners do still exist. The blueberry-lemon pancakes are wonderful; so good I have gotten them every time I went there during breakfast. Joffrey coffee was great as always. I also tried the spicy Italian sandwich with herb fries during lunch time. Excellent service and great atmosphere. I will be getting those pancakes again.
