Accessibility Services Kiosk – This kiosk lets you speak with a Cast Member to learn about services for Guests with disabilities and offers tools (to rent or keep) that enhance your theme park experience such as:

  • Braille Guidebooks
  • Portable Tactile Maps
  • Disney Handheld Devices, which offer:
    • Assistive Listening
    • Handheld Captioning
    • Audio Description

Additional tools that can be kept include:

  • Guide Map for Guests with Disabilities at Disneyland Park and Disney California Adventure Park
  • American Sign Language Schedule
  • Accessibility Planning Guide & Recommendations
  • Sensory Experience Details

Guests may visit the Accessibility Services Kiosk in person from one hour prior to park opening until 2 hours before park close. Check the Disneyland App for park hours. The Accessibility Services Kiosk is located on the east side of the Esplanade nearest to Disney California Adventure Park.

If the Accessibility Services Kiosk is closed, please return rented tools to Guest Relations at City Hall or the Chamber of Commerce.

Hours are subject to change during special events.

AED/Automated External Defibrillators – Automated External Defibrillators (AEDs) are accessible throughout the Disneyland Resort. See your Guest guide map for icons denoting AED locations or visit Guest Relations in City Hall in Disneyland Park or the Guest Relations Lobby in Disney California Adventure Park. It’s also a good idea to ask a Cast Member.

AED units are housed in cabinets similar to those used to house fire extinguishers and display the AED symbol.

In the event of a cardiac emergency, have a Cast Member call 911. You can also dial 911 from any phone.

ATMs – 24-hour self-service Chase ATMs are located throughout the Disneyland Resort, as well as basic in-person banking services.

Disneyland Resort ATMs accept American Express, MasterCard, Visa, Discover/Novus, Cirrus, Plus, Star, and Honor.

The ATM locations include:

  • Disneyland Park: Esplanade, Main Street, U.S.A., Frontierland
  • Disney California Adventure: Bay Area
  • Disneyland Resort Area: Downtown Disney District (Near Wetzel’s Pretzels), Disneyland Hotel, Disney’s Grand Californian Hotel & Spa, Pixar Place Hotel

Attire – Proper attire, including shirts and shoes, must be worn at all times.

Baby Care Centers – Baby Care Centers are open during regular park hours and are complimentary for guests. These full-service facilities offer nursing rooms with chairs, changing rooms with tables, toddler-size toilets (for guests under 42” tall), feeding areas with highchairs, kitchens with sinks, bottle warmers, microwaves (select use only), and vending machines that offer formula, baby food, juice, diapers, wipes, sunscreen, pacifiers, and over-the-counter medication (all can be purchased via credit card).

The Baby Care Centers are located at the end of Main Street, U.S.A. in Disneyland, next to First Aid, and next to Ghirardelli Soda Fountain and Chocolate Shop and across from The Bakery Tour in San Fransokyo Square in Disney California Adventure.

If you’re staying at any of the three hotels at the Disneyland Resort and are interested in babysitting services, please check with the Front Desk for information about private third-party providers.

Baby changing stations can be found in most Disneyland Resort restrooms.

Please report lost children to a Cast Member so Disneyland Resort security personnel can assist you. Children who become separated from their parents while in the park will be escorted to the nearest Baby Care Center and Lost Children facility, while lost children found in Downtown Disney are taken to the Disneyland Hotel or the Baby Care Center and Lost Children facility inside Disneyland Park.

Bottle-filling Stations – You can refill your personal water bottles at bottle-filling stations at many locations throughout the Disneyland Resort. Please check a map or the Disneyland app to find the nearest station to you during your visit.

Cakes – You can pre-order a celebration cake for delivery to select table-service restaurants at Disneyland Park, Disney California Adventure, or a Disneyland Resort Hotel.

Mickey Mouse cakes include a choice of chocolate or white chocolate and engraving options (such as a special message of “Happy Birthday” or “Congratulations” on the chocolate ears — or you can leave them blank). One cake feeds 4 to 6 guests and costs $48, plus tax and gratuities where applicable (pricing subject to change). The cake will be added to your restaurant bill and charged at the end of the meal.

You can add a Mickey Mouse celebration cake to your future reservation when you book online at least 3 days in advance of the reservation. They can also be added in person at the restaurant’s host podium or at the Concierge Desk at your Disney Resort hotel. Requests for same-day cakes must be made in person upon arrival at the restaurant.

Due to their size and design, Mickey Mouse celebration cakes are not available with custom flavors or writing, but every part of the cake is edible, including the ears.

Car Locator – Car Locator is a complimentary feature that uses Location Services to find and save your parking details in the Disneyland app. You can also manually enter your vehicle information without Location Services enabled.

After parking your vehicle, open the Disneyland app and tap the Car Locator card on the home screen or the “Car Locator” button in the menu (☰).

Follow the prompts to manually enter your parking information. If you enable Location Services on your device, Car Locator can help fill in details for you.

When you’re ready to leave, return to Car Locator for your parking information. If you’ve enabled notifications, you will be reminded.

Car Locator is available at the following select parking locations:

  • Mickey & Friends Parking Structure
  • Pixar Pals Parking Structure
  • Toy Story Parking Area
  • Simba Parking Lot

Designated Smoking Areas – Smoking is NOT PERMITTED anywhere at the Disneyland Resort.

Direct-to-Room Service – Direct-to-Room service allows you to use an Online Check-In service and the Disneyland app to simplify your arrival by going directly to your Disneyland Resort hotel room.

To use, within 5 days of your arrival, sign in to your Disney account and use the Online Check-In service via the Internet or the Disneyland app. When your room is ready, the Disneyland app will display your room number and allow you to enter your room by using a digital key.

Guests staying at one of the 3 Disneyland Resort hotels are eligible for service. the Disney account holder who is the primary Guest can activate the digital key feature for their Guests.

Prior to accessing your room, you can use the Unlock Door feature in the Disneyland app to gain access to certain areas at Hotels of the Disneyland Resort, such as the pool, fitness center, elevators and Club Level lounges.

If you would like a physical card, complimentary Key to the Magic Cards can be requested at the hotel Front Desk.

Disney PhotoPass Lenses – PhotoPass Lenses are augmented-reality (AR) effects for your smart devices that come with the purchase of a Lightning Lane Multi Pass. A select number of these Lenses will only be available in designated areas of the parks, while others can be enjoyed across the Resort. You can also enjoy select Lenses for up to 45 days after the last day of your Lightning Lane Multi Pass entitlement.

Disneyland Mobile App – The Disneyland app provides planning tools, park updates, exclusive content, and moreRemember to download the latest version with notifications and location services enabled before your next visit.

Disney’s PhotoPass Service – Disney’s PhotoPass service allows you to get professional photos taken of you from Disneyland photographers or keep your on-ride photos.

You can purchase Lightning Lane Multi Pass or Disney PhotoPass+ One Day, both of which include downloads of the photos from your day. You may also purchase Disney PhotoPass photos as individual digital downloads. You must link Disney PhotoPass photos to your MyDisney account to be able to download them.

Drinking Fountains – Water fountains are located throughout the Disneyland Resort.

Early Entry – Guests who are checked in and staying at one of the 3 Disneyland Resort hotels can take advantage of 30-minute early entry to a designated theme park every day of their hotel stay, getting access to select attractions, dining, and shopping locations.

Disneyland will offer Early Entry access on Tuesday Thursday, and Saturday. Disney California Adventure will offer Early Entry access on Monday, Wednesday, Friday, and Sunday.

Please check the theme park calendar for park opening times. Valid theme park admission and a park reservation for the same park on the same date are also required for Guests (ages 3+).

ECV and Wheelchair Usage – Guests are allowed to use their own ECVs, manual wheelchairs, and power-assisted wheelchairs throughout the Disneyland Resort.

Training wheels and/or modifications as well as wheeled mobility devices with less than 3 wheels or devices that cannot maintain stability and balance when stopped, unpowered, and/or unoccupied are prohibited.

Devices must be manually or electrically powered and operated at a walking pace. Devices should be single-rider and not exceed 36″ in width and 52″ in length.

ECVs can be rented per day for the following prices:

  • $15.00 for manual wheelchair rentals
  • $60.00 for ECV rentals—sales tax applies to ECV rental fee

Manual wheelchair and ECV rentals require a refundable deposit of $20. ECVs and wheelchairs may not be reserved and are available to rent on a first-come, first-served basis. Rented ECVs and wheelchairs may be used at Disneyland, Disney California Adventure, and Downtown Disney.

The maximum weight for an ECV is 450 pounds. The maximum weight for a manual wheelchair is 350 pounds. ECVs and wheelchairs are not designed to hold more than one person.

First Aid – First Aid locations are found along Disneyland’s Main Street, U.S.A. next to the Baby Care Center and next to the Chamber of Commerce on Buena Vista Street in Disney California Adventure.

Guest Relations Guest Relations offers answers to your Disneyland Resort questions, help with reservations, and more. These information locations are open during normal theme park operating hours and can be found at the following locations:

  • City Hall on Main Street, U.S.A. (Disneyland)
  • Central Plaza Information Board near Plaza Inn (Disneyland)
  • Fantasyland kiosk across from the entrance to Matterhorn Bobsleds (Disneyland)
  • Frontierland kiosk behind Big Thunder Mountain Railroad between Frontierland and Fantasyland (Disneyland)
  • New Orleans Square kiosk next to the Haunted Mansion exit (Disneyland)
  • Tomorrowland kiosk next to Star Trader (Disneyland)
  • Chamber of Commerce on Buena Vista Street (Disney California Adventure)
  • Information Station on Buena Vista Street (Disney California Adventure)
  • Pixar Pier kiosk near Jessie’s Critter Carousel (Disney California Adventure)

Hand Sanitizer Locations – Complimentary and sanitizer locations can be found at the following:

  • Disneyland Park: At City Hall, the Baby Care Center, dining locations, and more.
  • Disney California Adventure: At the Chamber of Commerce, the Baby Care Center, dining locations, and more.
  • Downtown Disney District: At security screening areas, bag check locations, the main entrance to the Downtown Disney District, and more.
  • Resort Hotels: At front desks, select elevators, restaurants, the gate to Disney California Adventure Park at Disney’s Grand Californian Hotel & Spa, and more.

In-Room Celebration – To order In-Room Celebrations, call (714) 239-2502 to learn more and place an order for delivery to a Disneyland Resort hotel. Guests under the age of 18 must have parent or guardian permission to call.

Locker Rentals – Locker rentals are available for different prices depending on the locker size. Inside the parks, lockers are available for $7 and $10 per day. Outside the parks, lockers are available for $7, $10, $12, and $15 per day.

Access is unlimited throughout the day but are available in-park only during park hours. Items cannot be stored in lockers overnight. Anything left overnight can be found at the Lost and Found locations.

  • The Esplanade

Lockers accessible from the Downtown Disney District are located outside the Main Entrances to both Disneyland Park and Disney California Adventure.

Lost and Found – The Disneyland Resort uses Chargerback, an online system that helps track lost and found items. Chargerback also tracks Next-Day Package Delivery merchandise that has not been picked up within 7 days.

Once you’ve reported a lost or unclaimed item, you’ll receive an email notification from Chargerback with your lost item report number. Chargerback will provide information from your report to the Disneyland Resort so that we can look for your item and return it to you if it is found. Chargerback will also email you periodic updates about your search status.

The Lost and Found facility for the entire Disneyland Resort is located to the left of the Main Entrance to Disneyland Park.

Mail Services – You can send and receive mail at the Disneyland Resort.

Postcards and letters with postage already applied can be mailed from mailboxes located near the Front Desk of each hotel, while pre-packed and pre-labeled packages can be shipped at the Bell Desk of each Resort hotel. Regular shipping and handling fees will apply.

Guests staying at the Hotels of the Disneyland Resort can receive mail during their stay. If you intend to receive mail during your vacation, be sure the receiving letter or package:

  • Includes the mailing address of the specific hotel
  • Clearly features the word “Guest” on the front and the date of the recipient’s arrival at the hotel

Mobile Dine – Guests can use the Disneyland app to make dining reservations, mobile order food, check walk-up availability, and more.

Parking – There are various places to park on-property at the Disneyland Resort. Theme park parking lots include:

  • Mickey & Friends Parking Structure
  • Pixar Pals Parking Structure
  • Toy Story Parking Area

Daily Parking Rates are as follows:

  • $35 per car or motorcycle
  • $40 per oversized vehicle, motor home, or tractor (without trailer) – Toy Story Parking Area only
  • $45 per bus or tractor (with extended trailer) – at the Toy Story Parking Area only

Preferred Parking allows you to be closer to elevators and escalators and can be purchased by itself or on top of regular parking, with only the difference added on. The daily Preferred Parking rate is $55 per vehicle.

Parking locations for the theme parks open 60 minutes prior to the earliest theme park opening time.

A limited number of ChargePoint charging ports can be found in the Mickey & Friends Parking Structure, Pixar Pals Parking Structure, and Toy Story Parking Area. To use a port, you’ll need to scan a ChargePoint card. Ask a Cast Member for assistance if you need directions to a charging port.

Tram service at the Disneyland Resort provides guest transportation from the Mickey & Friends and Pixar Pals parking structures to the Main Entrance Esplanade between Disneyland Park and Disney California Adventure Park.

Parking for Guests with disabilities is available throughout the Disneyland Resort, including the Mickey & Friends and Pixar Pals Parking Structures, as well as the Toy Story Parking Area. A valid disabled parking placard or license plate is required.

At the Toy Story Parking Area, buses provide guest transportation to the Main Entrance Esplanade between Disneyland Park and Disney California Adventure Park. Buses can accommodate most mobility devices.

Downtown Disney District Parking is at the Simba Lot, located off of Disneyland Drive, between West Katella Avenue and Pixar Place Hotel.

The first hour of parking costs $10. Validations apply after the first hour of paid parking.

Enjoy an additional 3 hours of same-day parking with a $20-minimum purchase and validation from any Downtown Disney location — or up to 5 additional hours of same-day parking with validation from any Downtown Disney table-service restaurant.

Beyond these validations, each additional hour costs $14, charged in 30-minute increments, with a minimum $7. The maximum daily parking and lost ticket fee is $66. Restaurants and lounges within Disneyland Resort hotels do not validate for Downtown Disney District parking areas.

Disneyland Resort hotels offer self-parking for registered hotel Guests. Valet parking is available at Disney’s Grand Californian Hotel & Spa and the Disneyland Hotel. The rates for hotel guests are as follows:

  • Self-parking: $40 (plus tax) per night per vehicle
  • Valet parking: $70 (plus tax) per night per vehicle
  • Oversized vehicle parking: $45 (plus tax) per night per vehicle

The rates for guests visiting select restaurants and amenities at hotels of the Disneyland Resort are:

  • Storytellers Cafe: 3 hours complimentary parking — your choice of valet or self-parking — with restaurant validation at Disney’s Grand Californian Hotel & Spa
  • Napa Rose: 5 hours complimentary parking — your choice of valet or self-parking — with restaurant validation at Disney’s Grand Californian Hotel & Spa
  • Goofy’s Kitchen: 3 hours complimentary parking — your choice of valet or self-parking — with restaurant validation at Disneyland Hotel
  • Great Maple Modern American Eatery: 3 hours complimentary self-parking — with restaurant validation at Pixar Place Hotel
  • Small Bytes: 3 hours complimentary self-parking — with restaurant validation at Pixar Place Hotel
  • Tenaya Stone Spa: 5 hours included parking — your choice of valet or self-parking — at Disney’s Grand Californian Hotel & Spa when you spend $125 or more at Tenaya Stone Spa; receipts cannot be combined to meet the minimum requirement.

The daily standard rates are:

  • Self-parking: $40 per vehicle for the first hour plus $10 for each additional hour, with a maximum rate of $80
  • Valet parking: $70 per vehicle for the first hour plus $10 for each additional hour, with a maximum rate of $140
  • Oversized vehicle parking: $45 per vehicle for the first hour plus $10 for each additional hour, with a maximum rate of $85

Parking is subject to availability. Prices may change without notice. Not all table-service restaurants provide parking validation.

Picnic Area – The picnic area is an open-air seating area located just outside the Main Entrance to Disneyland Park. No admission fee required.

Picture Spots – Picture spots can be found at the following locations:

  • Disneyland Park: Central Plaza (Partners statue), Fantasyland (King Arthur Carrousel), Fantasyland (Matterhorn Bobsleds), Frontierland (Big Thunder Mountain Railroad), and New Orleans Square (Haunted Mansion).
  • Disney California Adventure: Cars Land (Radiator Springs Racers), Grizzly Peak (The Wheel House at Grizzly River Run), Grizzly Peak waterfall (By Golden Vine Winery near San Fransokyo Square), Hollywood Land (Guardians of the Galaxy – Mission: BREAKOUT!), Paradise Gardens Park (Mickey Mouse on Pixar Pal-A-Round), and San Fransokyo Square (Fishing Net near Aunt Cass Café).

Portable Phone Charging Service Kiosks – For $38 plus tax, you can purchase a portable charger at FuelRod-operated kiosks throughout the Disneyland Resort using any major credit card. Kits include one fully charged portable charger, one 3.5” USB-C to USB-C cable (for Android devices and iPhone generation 15+), one USB micro adapter (needed for some Android Devices), one 3.5″ USB-C to Apple Lightning cable (for iPhone generations 14 and prior), and one adapter for USB-A connections.

Chargers can be swapped for free at these kiosks at any point during park hours. The locations are as follows:

  • Near Westward Ho Trading Company (Disneyland)
  • Near Little Green Men Store Command (Disneyland)
  • Near Main Street Locker Rental and Storage (Disneyland)
  • Near The Star Trader (Disneyland)
  • Near Hungry Bear Barbecue Jamboree Bathrooms (Disneyland)
  • Near “it’s a small world” Toy Shop (Disneyland)
  • Disneyland Hotel
  • Downtown Disney
  • Pixar Place Hotel
  • Near Mortimer’s Market (Disney California Adventure)
  • Near Gone Hollywood (Disney California Adventure)

Restrooms – Restrooms are available all throughout the Disneyland Resort and offer single-stall gender-neutral companion restrooms, adult changing tables, menstruation products, and incontinence support. Restrooms can be found via the Disneyland app or a map.

Service Animals – Disney provides the follwoing description for service animals:

  • A service animal is a dog or miniature horse that has been individually trained to do work or perform tasks for an individual with a disability.
  • Only trained service animals are permitted inside the Disneyland Resort or on Disney transportation vehicles. Emotional support animals, comfort animals and pets are not allowed inside Disneyland Resort.
  • Service animals must be under the control of the owner at all times and should remain on a leash or in a harness. Cast Members are not able to take control of service animals.
  • Service animals must be housebroken. Service animals are required to behave and not bark, growl, jump up on, or lunge at Guests or Cast Members. Corrective action must be taken if the service animal is not behaving appropriately.
  • Due to the nature of some attractions, service animals may not be permitted on the ride. Please ask a Cast Member at these locations about available options, including Rider Switch with a member of your party or a portable kennel.
  • Service animals must remain on the floor and not on dining chairs or tables in food and beverage locations.
  • Service animals are not allowed in water—including water features and fountains—or closer than 4 feet to the water on pool or wet decks.

Stroller Rentals – Strollers can be rented for $18 per one stroller per day and $36 per day per double stroller.

Rentals are available outside the theme parks, just east of the Disneyland Park Main Entrance.

WiFi – AT&T is the Official Wireless Sponsor of the Disneyland Resort and you can connect to complimentary Wi-Fi wireless high-speed internet access available throughout the Disneyland Resort — including the theme parks, the Downtown Disney District, and the Disneyland Resort Hotels.
