Is that water tower of any importance to Disney? I have been to Downtown Disney many times and I have stayed at Saratoga Springs atleast 3 times and have never seen that water tower.
Barrie’s reply: Hi Christopher! That water tower is the sign for the House of Blues. As far as I know, that is its only significance. It’s been there for as long as I can rememebr.
