NEWS: Reopening Date Delayed for a Popular Disney Restaurant

Ugh! We’ve been waiting for one of our favorite Disneyland restaurants to reopen with their renovations, but it looks like we’ll have to wait a little bit longer.

Napa Rose, located at Disney’s Grand Californian Hotel & Spa, has been undergoing refurbishment for a new look and patio, which was originally scheduled to open this fall.

The Napa Rose reopening has been rescheduled for early 2026, rather than this fall. The restaurant is currently “taking its dining experience to the next level with an exquisite new look that celebrates Craftsman design with an eye toward modern Californian luxury and approachability.”

The outdoor patio will feature two fireplaces and be surrounded by lush greenery and soft lighting, all of which will help set the scene for your perfect Californian-themed meal. With the reopening, a brand-new menu will be introduced, “designed to delight every palate.”

While the restaurant is undergoing refurbishment, you can visit the Storytellers Cafe for great eats all year round, along with special, seasonal dining options. Mickey’s Christmas Carol Feast will be a new dining experience where you can meet Mickey, Minnie, Scrooge McDuck, Goofy, and Clarabelle in their Mickey’s Christmas Carol outfits.

Mickey’s Christmas Carol Feast is for dinner, and there’s also Daisy’s Holiday Pajama Party for breakfast and brunch. Daisy and Donald will be wearing their holiday pajamas alongside Pluto, Chicp, and Dale.
