The time has come! Test Track 3.0 is here, and we are already loving it!

The ride officially opens on July 22nd, 2025, and if you’re wondering how to ride, we finally have more details!
Many fans have been speculating about how Lightning Lanes would work at Test Track when it reopened, or if it would bring back the controversial Virtual Queue. Well, now we have the answer!
Firstly, there will be NO Virtual Queue to ride Test Track. No need to worry about bringing all of those tips back into play on your vacation! Right now, there are no rides in Disney World using the Virtual Queue system.

Disney did confirm that the ride will be available as part of Lightning Lane Mutli Pass. The ride will be available as a Tier 1 choice, replacing Soarin’, which will be moving down to Tier 2.

When booking your first three Lightning Lanes with Multi Pass, you can grab one Tier 1 attraction and two Tier 2 attractions. Or, you can book three Tier 2 attractions. With only one Tier 1 spot up for grabs, you’ll have to choose between Test Track, Frozen Ever After, and Remy’s Ratatouille Adventure.
After you use your first Lightning Lane, you can book another — including the other Tier 1 attractions!

Previews have also been announced for Annual Passholders, Disney Vacation Club Members, Golden Oak residents, and Club 33 members. Learn all about preview dates and how to sign up right here.
