An Underrated Disney World Hotel Restaurant Is Now Closed for Refurbishment

If you’re visiting the Caribbean Beach Resort, don’t plan on eating at this particular restaurant for the time being!

Sebastian’s Bistro is now temporarily closed, as the restaurant undergoes refurbishment.

We were recently at Caribbean Beach Resort, and heard from a Cast Member that Sebastian’s Bistro will be closed for a week. This is now up to date on Disney Worlds site. The Cast Member told us that the refurbishment taking place is to redo the floors of the restaurant.

There was a sign posted up on the door. We also found that the menu at the outside of the restaurant had nothing listed on it!

Sebastian’s Bistro has great Caribbean and Latin flavoured dishes, so thankfully it won’t be closed for too long! Based on the Disney World calendar, it’s possible this restaurant will reopen on March 29th. In the meantime, there are other food options at the resort that we recommend you try out.

The Centertown Market is an excellent quick service Caribbean dish option. The market has a “street market” vibe to it, and serves breakfast dishes. A perfect spot for breakfast lovers who need a quick grab-and-go!

There’s also the Spyglass Grill, is a walk-up counter, serving breakfast, lunch, and dinner. It has a casual menu that features American food with a Caribbean add to it. It’s located by the Trinidad pool, so a great spot to eat and relax!
